Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be asked to provide:
- Order number
- Photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging
Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution which may include a replacement, partial refund or full refund where applicable.

Return Shipping
