What products do you sell?

We specialise in residential door comfort and finishing accessories including door stops, draft excluders, interior door seals, letter plates and basic door knockers.

Are your products suitable for UK residential doors?

Yes. Our products are selected for standard UK residential door compatibility unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Do you provide installation services?

No. We supply products only. All items are intended for DIY installation or general replacement purposes.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery typically takes between 2–5 working days depending on location.

Do you provide tracking information?

Where applicable, delivery updates and tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong product?

Yes. Customers may request a return in accordance with our Refund Policy. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
